About
A lifestyle mobile application by Health Promotion Board, Singapore that promotes and encourages healthy living by rewarding the public through daily challenges, campaigns and attending workout activities that were organised.
My Role
I worked closely with various stakeholders, product managers, developers, and testers to improve existing user journey flow for the app major campaigns and also introduce new features to support their campaign goals. These includes:

2. Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Season 3 & 4

1. Healthpoints (Reward currency)
2. Rewards Redemption
3. Tracker pairing and syncing
4. Event registration individually/on behalf
Apart from improving existing app for users, I also worked on various staff applications that were important in ensuring smooth work process and communication between them and Healthy 365 app users.

There were 3 different staff applications that I worked on.

1. Event organisers for trainers: To facilitate sessions booking and attendance taking
2. Issuing trackers: To facilitate eligibility and issuance of new trackers to the public
3. Delivery of QR codes: For drivers delivering QR codes to restaurants and hawkers
